"We stayed three nights and booked the rooms with a balcony overlooking the huge grass field to Swan River. The view was beautiful from morning to sundown. The service staff was friendly and helpful. There were good selections for the breakfast buffet. We had dinner one night at the Gusti restaurant in the hotel. The food was very fresh and tasty. The downtown shopping area is walkable. "

"Poor experience! We lost the phone inside the hotel, but nobody help us to find! On my I phone “find my phone”, still showing the phone located inside the hotel until 4:00pm!!! We lost the phone finally, very bad experience! Not recommended "

"The location is good, with good view. The service is good but slow. The poor part is the air condition , which is directly blowing to pillars . It makes us sick after one night stay. "

"There is difference between mediocre and the best hotel. I would say Westin is easily the best hotel I have stayed in Perth. All of the hotel staff are very helpful and polite, always smile to guests and provide excellent service. Breakfast at Garum is exceptional, beautiful food and coffee, amazing staff. Comfortable bed and couch with spacious room and nice city view. Overall it is always a perfect stay being in Westin. Definitely worth the price with all it provides. Will be back again for sure!"
