Nice condo with convenient access right out back to mountain.
Midweek stay that was nice and quiet. Only problems were the fireplace was not working and access to the community center required a door code which was not provided. When asked about access code was told there should be not code required. Maybe this changed. Will try and stay here again.

The property was great! Clean, newer appliances, with what’s looks to be a renovated bathroom. Only one bedroom, which is fine if you have younger children. If you looking for a place with teenagers + , it may be a little tight.

Renting the property was an easy process. This was our 3rd time At the property. The condo has been renovated and was immaculate. The couches need replacement but other than that it was perfect.

Tired. Uncomfortable old furniture 2nd floor with loud noises overhead from 3rd floor unit
Hear every footstep from overhead. Vacassa almost impossible to deal with. Will not rent one if their properties again

Great stay
This was the perfect place to stay for my family of 4. The only challenge was when i needed to switch a day no one responded to my emails and it was a very long wait time on the phone to get through to a live person! Otherwise would def stay again!

Nice little place, easy access to the slopes, a 1 minute walk, on the hill. We had 1 glitch, broken dishwasher, but Vacasa responded appropriately

Sunny unit and great trail access
Second time staying at this unit - nice to be back. Place seemed even a little nicer than I remembered from 2/2022 (fresher paint / new carpet?). Easy access to Plaza Trail, great ski locker in hallway, and lots of windows to let in beautiful surroundings. Warm and clean. Prior guests left a bunch of food in in-sink-erator, so general smell was off when first arriving. But some hot water, dish soap, and a few runs and it cleared up - would encourage cleaning crew to check that kitchen sink drain / garbage disposal during cleanings. Otherwise, perfect time and a great place!

Exceptional!
Very clean, cozy and bright. One of the best locations in the village. Deck has nice views including some of the prettiest birch trees you’ll ever see. Hope to book this unit again very soon.

The property is approximately 15 minutes outside Manchester. It’s a beautiful location and the condo was clean although a little dated in style. It would probably help to replace the sofas. We were also surprised that the additional expenses totaled about 1/3rd of the cost.

Great Condo in Great Location
We enjoyed our stay at your Peru Vt condo. It is close to Appalachian Trail and to Bromley Mt. Also just up the road from one of Vermonts beautiful towns Manchester. The condo was perfect for a two or three with a nice kitchen and bathroom and a private bedroom for two. The deck is very relaxing. We opted to extend our stay for one day and dealing with Vacasa was very convienient. Thank you!

Great location
The condo was perfect for my husband and I to spend a couple of days in VT hiking and relaxing. We were there in early June, so had the entire complex almost completely to ourselves. The condo was clean and comfortable.

The location was great! Unit was clean and comfortable. A few minor issues but not major. There were some dirty plates in the cabinet which was baffling. We also couldn't find a can opener which put a damper on our plans for soup and tuna. Lastly there was no way to lock the ski locker and I have very expensive equipment, I would stay again all things considered. The fees charged for this type or rental by various parties involved in the process is also getting out of control.
