She was friendly and professional! Her name was Rachel. Once we got to our room, we had a text from Rachel asking if we need anything and we asked if there was a place nearby where we could get fresh fish. My wife and I follow a gluten-free due to celiac disease, and pescatarian diet. We were directed to a place that did offer……

“Breakfast was put up at 9:12 even though it says breakfast until 10:00. The lights went off multiple times and the hot tub was closed. We booked here for the breakfast and hot tub but ended up not getting either due to the hot tub being out of order and staff putting breakfast away early. The towels are also small and we were met with rude staff when we asked for others due to a sign saying to reuse your towels in your room.”
