「We made a trip this way to visit Cedar Point. This was a very clean family friendly hotel. We stayed three nights with two adults and three kids (15,13,11). Kids enjoyed the breakfast and large spacious rooms. The beds were comfortable and it was a great experience overall. We are returning at the end of the month to visit Cedar Point again and currently finalizing the dates and thinking of booking this hotel again as we had a great stay !」

「The place was full of bed bugs and cobwebs around bed . Both beds full of bud bugs the one bed was so unreal. And the staff was rude and disrespectful.they got upset cause other customers could hear use talking and told use to be quiet so they other customers couldn’t hear about the bed bugs. So they were trying to cover up the infestation of the bed bugs . And they said we don’t want them to know. Called the police. They got there and couldn’t believe the pitcher’s we have . 「The room was upstairs and didn't have an elevator, the key to get in didn't work had to try multiple times to get in the room. Asked for extra pillows which they didn't have. Room was like 100 degree when we got in. The refrigerator hardly worked. I will not be staying here again.」

「It is a business place with a pretty great atmosphere! I loved the hot breakfast options. The pool was heated and indoors. I think they use salt water instead of chlorine and I enjoyed that. I stayed in a king suite with my friend the night before going to Cedar Point. It's a great location for that. We were fully rested after making the trek from Illinois. My room was quiet. The AC is a force to be reckoned with, we could see our breath after it kicked on haha. Big thanks to Ken and other team...

「I liked nothing. The room was old and musty, air was off and it was very dark. Walked out and went back to the office at which point the desk person offered me another room (previously there were no other rooms). When I pushed him for more info, he said it was the room of the man who was arguing about a refund when I got there because of bugs in his room and garbage outside his room and around the pool. The desk clerk wanted to give me that room. The room I was given had holes in the floor...
