A casa tem TD que e necessário parar o dia dia TD bem simples mais essencial, o lugar super acessível só senti falta de um ventilador e acredito que seria bom grade nas duas janelas pois quando o pessoal vai em família fica mais tranquilo com as crianças.

Imóvel simples e aconchegante, limpo, bem cuidado, os funcionários do prédio super atenciosos, tudo funcionando perfeitamente. Localização muito boa, próximo à praça de alimentação, parque de diversões, principalmente à praia. Tem uma vista maravilhosa de Peruíbe. Espero retornar mais vezes.

Minha estadia foi maravilhosa, o imóvel é antigo, não espere luxo, mas atende a todas as necessidades para quem vai se hospedar, o prédio todo é bem cuidado, bem seguro, muito bem localizado, no meio de tudo que se precisa, tem bastante espaço, o anfitrião é bem atencioso, foi tudo muito bom. Sem contar que o prédio é um ponto turístico da cidade....Ahh e a cidade de Peruíbe é maravilhosa !!!!

Eu gosto muito do prédio, dos funcionários, são muito atenciosos, mas o apartamento eu sugiro uma manutenção nos ralos da lavanderia, cozinha e banheiros, o cheiro estava muito forte, precisei tampar tudo pra conseguir ficar no apartamento, a tv é bem ruim e o fogão eu não consegui acender.

Pensa numa vista extraordinária? Então é essa... acordar e dormir vendo o mar e escutando o barulho das ondas... sensacional. O apto é um pouco antigo, mas nada que interfira na estadia, acredito que depois da reforma ele irá ficar incrível. A localização perfeita com tudo por perto, apesar do apto não ter vaga para carro tem estacionamento por perto, fora as vagas na rua aos arredores. Tem também posto policial na frente do prédio, onde nos dá mais segurança. Funcionários do prédio todos educados e simpáticos, Sr. Lucas tirou todas as minhas dúvidas, Sr Denis nem preciso falar... super atencioso. Super indico indico e certeza que voltarei mais vezes.

Tudo conforme descrito. Apartamento grande com uma bela vista para o mar. Sr. Denis muito rápido e preciso nas informações. Praia tranquila e bem localizada, pretendo voltar novamente. Sugestão de melhoria: a televisão que é muito pequena e o fogão que está muito velho e só funcionado 02 bocas.
