「The property is small, but it serves our purpose. Staff do not speak fluent english, but very cooperative. It’s reasonably very good price. Good breakfast in the morning and 10 sol lunch, which is the best value for money. I recommend to stay here. 」

「The ground floor rooms were fairly cold at night which i liked. The staff found garbage bags to tape to the hallway window for me because it was letting in too much light. The hallways can be a bit loud if other guests are making noise, but i didnt have too much issue with it」

「Go through the double doors and straight ahead. The sign is small on the door. Extremely nice and helpful family run property. We had a court yard room on second floor (201). Room was very quaint and nice. They have soap, hair soap and lotion (and hair dryer). Bed was comfy and nice. In room safe. Breakfast (free) is made to order and was amazing. Super friendly and helpful staff. Great place close to everything in Cusco. 100% recommend staying here. 」

「The hotel sent someone to pick us up from the airport even though our flight was an hour and 15 minutes late and they let us check in early. It is these details that make this a great choice for hotel when staying in Cusco. It is also only a 10-15 minute walk to the Plaza de Armas.」

「The hotel is very comfy, with nice staff and environment, the beds and toilet are all clean. There is staff standby in the front desk 24hrs, so even if we arrived the hotel late in midnight, still able to have help from the staff. The breakfast lady is very nice too. But the location is not in city centre, we have to travel through uber each time for about 15mins, but it is easy to call uber so doesnt really bothered. They got thick blanket so it's warm and cozy in bed, but since the room is...

「The hotel in general is pretty well maintained. It does not have a lift, so you need to prepare to carry the luggage up to your room, yet the receptionist are able to help carrying the luggage if you ask for help. The location of the hotel is pretty well and it only takes 5 to 10 mins walk to get to the Square from the hotel. We found the hotel receptionists very helpful. My wife had her lips hurt when playing the sand boarding at Huacachina the day before getting to Cusco. The receptionist is...

「Excellent service. 3-year old facility, looks brand new, squeaky clean. Location is uphill and away from restaurants, shops, central sightseeing, so we relaxed and ate in the hotel restaurant that was surprisingly good; thanks to a previous reviewer who recommended the excellent pumpkin soup. Really nice facility, great value for the money.」
