「Everything was lovely and the staff were great. I had a free day and asked what I could do nearby. I ended up having a lovely morning with Audry (member of staff) who cycled with me (hotel bicycle) to a nearby archaeological site where we had a walk around. Extra thanks to Audry for talking in English and making my stay special. 」

「櫃台小姐的英文非常好，有問必答，熱情又友善。第二天由於我們很早要離開，吃不到早餐，工作人員幫我們把早餐裝袋備好，還睡在大廳等我們，實在太令人感動了!行李可以寄放到從馬丘比丘下來，是非常貼心的服務。唯一的缺點大概是浴室熱水供應不太穩定。」

「Amazing shower. Best shower in my peru trip. Hot water is so enough. Hotel provides breakfast from 5:00am. It is perfect for the one need to catch the early bus to machu picchu. It has lift. However, the hotel is located next to the heavy river. It may be a bit noisy.」

「Hotel is very conveniently located. Staff are very friendly. They kindly stored our luggage prior to our trip to Matchu Picchu and that was very helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable with basic amenities. Breakfast was good. As a minor suggestion, it would add a great value if hot water kettle and tea options could be provided in the room or in a common location as we noted in other hotels we stayed during our trip.
