「We stayed at this hotel while visiting Machu Picchu, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing overall. The hotel is located at a higher elevation in Aguas Calientes, which makes carrying luggage there quite difficult. I asked the reception if they could assist with luggage transportation, especially since several other hotels in the area offer complimentary luggage transfers, but they were unwilling to help. 「This property is 80 steps from the street so prepare for that. That being said it was a fantastic stay. The property owners were helpful, friendly. Our room was clean and spacious, we would definitely stay here again! It was a little hard to find because it's so far off the street look for gringo bills and turn right before you get there..」

「First, I added an extra night directly with the hotel and agreed on $150 and then they charged me more. We asked for the room the be cleaned but when we got back to the hotel all they did were the beds, they did not clean the bathroom, nor the floors. I don’t recommend this property.」
