“The hotel is located right besides the train station. Mini market, cafe, restaurant are just next to the hotel. The staffs are very friendly and can cook the breakfast according to our preference. The property is newly renovated. rooms are very clean. It is just a small hostel providing bed and breakfast. So don't expect any add on facilities.”

“A lot of surround noise. Smoky smell. Otherwise, it's very easy to walk rom bus station.”

“Great hotel in Aguas Calientes. Everything is within walking distance. Very helpful staff. If you are in town, this is a great choice for your family. Would stay here again.”

“Gorgeous views”

“The staff was very friendly and they had everything we needed in our room. The only thing I would add is the entrance to the hotel is a hike, and I mean the stairs seem endless. I wish they had a sign at the bottom of the stairs saying the lodge name because it was difficult to find, and no one around seemed to know. Other than that amazing, clean, and hot showers are perfect.”

“El primer cuarto que nos dieron no estaba limpio, las sabanas estaban manchadas y todo olia a guardado. Con el segundo cuarto fue igual. El agua de la ducha era fria. El desayuno nunca fue remplazado, entonces si no eres de los primeros lo que queda ( que es poco) esta seco”

“The guy in the front desk asked for $15 USD extra if we pay by credit card, for a 1 night stay!! This is a absolute rip-off (12% added to final booking cost shown in Expedia). We had to use our USD cash reserves to avoid.”

“The interior of the hotel is very nice and our room was beautiful. The breakfast staff and front desk staff were awesome. The room was very cold and there are heaters but they just seem to barely warm the room. The desk staff provided an additional plug-in heater.”

“Someone was in my room when I arrived. The hotel wanted him to go but I don't want a room that is not clean. They gave me another room but the hotel had no water at first then no hot water for the duration of my stay. The light outside the room was not working so I had to use the light of my phone. It could be a nice hotel but need bit of work.”

“A very good location for a reasonable price in the Machu Picchu town, not far from either the bus stop to the machu picchu or the town train station. The room is tiny but good and comfortable.”
