「Beautiful place. We stayed in one of the family bungalows. It was perfect for our family of 4. Nice and clean. The staff were above and beyond friendly and helpful. The only down side was the distance from town. Had to take a 20 minute shuttle or taxi to get around. The resident alpacas were a nice touch.」

「The hotel is located right besides the train station. Mini market, cafe, restaurant are just next to the hotel. The staffs are very friendly and can cook the breakfast according to our preference. The property is newly renovated. rooms are very clean. It is just a small hostel providing bed and breakfast. So don't expect any add on facilities.」

I am a vegetarian so we ate away from the hotel for breakfast due to lack of options market and restaurants near thank you staff for a wonderful stay it was much appreciated!! 「Staff was amazing and kind! They picked us up directly from the train station and escorted us to the hotel and helped bring all our luggages us the stairs. Breakfast was amazing and the views were breathtaking. Located in the heart of Aguas Calientes with mountain view. Bed was comfortable, shower water was hot, and WiFi was fast. Staff also gave us great recommendations on where to eat and explore. Very accommodating and warm people all around. Thank you for an amazing stay!」

「While the Location it’s amazing and the surrounding area, the fact that it is on the main strip is super the property itself lacks a lot of attention the lack of flowable running water hot water at that is very minimum you ask for help and they expect you to be OK with lukewarm water in freezing temperature. We didn’t even stay our night. We saw that our needs were not being met. We walked out and went to look for another hotel and accommodation nearby. They’re terrible. I try for four days to...

「The hotel is quaint and very conveniently located. The staff were incredibly helpful even waking up at 4AM to provide us with packed lunches for Machu Picchu. You should know there are a lot of step steps to climb to get into the hotel (tricky with luggage) and it was not their fault but our room was next to obnoxious guests who were checking it out at 5AM who were screaming to each other from room to room. Despite that I would highly recommend as a place to stay.」

「Room was good. Shower was large, perfect for after trekking. Property is well located near plenty of restaurants, cafes and nightlife. Breakfast was great, served fruit, ham and cheese, pastries, choice of eggs and quinoa pancakes. Only one thing would be that the hallways are very loud, any conversation can be overheard easily, so if thats a concern for you .. 」
