「Das Personal war einfach so unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr willkommen gefühlt. Die Kapsel war ein unglaubliches Erlebnis und absolut zu empfehlen. Auch der Transfer zum Hotel hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Ein kleines Highlight ist das man am Ende sogar noch mit dem Quad fährt. Also absolut zu empfehlen!!!」

The 15 minute walk from the train to the hotel was a little long for my wife and I, in our 70's, but was doable. The service was excellent -- responsive and friendly. He made sure to know what time we’d like to have breakfast daily. The grounds at the hotel are beautiful and the accommodations with a sitting area with tea was lovely.」

「While the Location it’s amazing and the surrounding area, the fact that it is on the main strip is super the property itself lacks a lot of attention the lack of flowable running water hot water at that is very minimum you ask for help and they expect you to be OK with lukewarm water in freezing temperature. We didn’t even stay our night. We saw that our needs were not being met. We walked out and went to look for another hotel and accommodation nearby. They’re terrible. I try for four days to...
