“Gorgeous views”

“Someone was in my room when I arrived. The hotel wanted him to go but I don't want a room that is not clean. They gave me another room but the hotel had no water at first then no hot water for the duration of my stay. The light outside the room was not working so I had to use the light of my phone. It could be a nice hotel but need bit of work.”

“While the Location it’s amazing and the surrounding area, the fact that it is on the main strip is super the property itself lacks a lot of attention the lack of flowable running water hot water at that is very minimum you ask for help and they expect you to be OK with lukewarm water in freezing temperature. We didn’t even stay our night. We saw that our needs were not being met. We walked out and went to look for another hotel and accommodation nearby. They’re terrible. I try for four days to……

“First, I added an extra night directly with the hotel and agreed on $150 and then they charged me more. We asked for the room the be cleaned but when we got back to the hotel all they did were the beds, they did not clean the bathroom, nor the floors. I don’t recommend this property.”

“We stayed at this hotel while visiting Machu Picchu, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing overall. The hotel is located at a higher elevation in Aguas Calientes, which makes carrying luggage there quite difficult. I asked the reception if they could assist with luggage transportation, especially since several other hotels in the area offer complimentary luggage transfers, but they were unwilling to help. Another issue was the lack of hot water in the bathroom sinks. The only way……

“This property is 80 steps from the street so prepare for that. That being said it was a fantastic stay. The property owners were helpful, friendly. Our room was clean and spacious, we would definitely stay here again! It was a little hard to find because it's so far off the street look for gringo bills and turn right before you get there..”
