“Everything was lovely and the staff were great. I had a free day and asked what I could do nearby. I ended up having a lovely morning with Audry (member of staff) who cycled with me (hotel bicycle) to a nearby archaeological site where we had a walk around. Extra thanks to Audry for talking in English and making my stay special. ”

“Very convenient location - 5 min walk from the train station and to the bus stop for Machu Picchu.
Staff were nice but it would have been helpful if breakfast had been explained better (i.e. telling us that hot food would be made to order rather than figuring it out on our own). The breakfast options were good, though.
The room was quiet, clean and comfortable, and the water in the shower was nice and hot without any wait. ”
