“Une communication très efficace avec Nicola. Le logement en duplex était charmant et idéal pour notre famille de 4 personnes avec tout le nécessaire. Petit bémol, nous étions sous les combles et avons eu un peu chaud malgré le climatiseur. Pour une nuit, c'était largement vivable.Nous avons pu nous promener le long du lac sans prendre la voiture. Un joli moment de nuit.”

“The property itself was nice and overall suitable for my purposes as a solo traveller. However, the upstairs tenants were noisy, and the walls were thin. I should have looked closer at the venue's location before booking as I did not have a car and needed to travel from Lecco by foot. It was more remote than I had anticipated, but the surrounding area is beautiful, of course.”

Het appartement ligt op 10’ stappen van het centrum, het strand en ook winkels om boodschappen te doen zijn op 5’ afstand in de buurt. “Monica and Paolo were amazing, they are great communicators and their place was spotless and modern, exactly like the pics. We stayed in 5 different places during our vacation in Italy, their’s was the best out of all of them. They sent us a list of recommended restaurants in the area, they also came to pick us up from the ferry, to drop off our luggage in the apartment before the check in time while it was being cleaned, and took us back to the ferry when they knew we wanted to explore Varenna……

"Overall it is a good experience. Room is ok. The only issue is that there is no window at the lower floor - small window for the upper floor. Saying that, the sun light is good. In terms of room space, we have 2 15/13 year old kids and after the sofabed is spread out, there is limited space. Gym is great with everything while pool is also very nice. Overall service level is very good. We probably need a more sensible solution if we need to call a cab from the city."
