「Property was fab! We had the best apartment No 16, it was on two floors. Was a bit dated not quite like the photos on Expedia but very clean. We had a skylight in the bedroom which made it a bit bright when the sun came up. I mentioned it to reception and they immediately offered to move us or try to cover it up. Vanessa was the best, she got maintenance to come straight out to solve the issue by putting some board up. Customer Service was AMAZING!! She couldn’t do enough for us. On my birthday...

「We had a good week here, the room was large and clean with plenty of room for us including 2 teenagers. The pool was great and much enjoyed by our 13 year old. Breakfast was enjoyable with decent coffee, and the live band on the Saturday night was ‘entertaining’ and much fun. The hotel is well located if you have a car, we were able to drive to local towns and theme parks all within an hour and also close to the ferry in desenzano. 「The rooms were immaculately clean upon arrival. Tiziano was a welcoming host who gave us advice about the local sites and things to do (and details of the beach and market!). We received a supply of essentials which set us up nicely. It's a fab location, right in the centre of the bars and restaurants.」
