We truly enjoyed our stay at Peterborough House. It was steps from the beach; we had dinner on site; and continental breakfast was very good - especially the fresh-from-the-oven croissants.

This is a gem of a place! Modern style with great, warm family feel. It’s across a basically empty road from and incredible beach. Walking paths straight from the motel, games, food, coffee and yummy curry. The rooms are great. Our family loved staying here!

Amazing relaxing stop on the Great ocean road
A fantastic place in a quiet little town where time stops and you can enjoy the views of the ocean. Friendly and very helpful owners!

I loved Polish (the dog) and the amazing scrambled eggs for breakfast. Room was clean with great essential oil products to use. Such as shampoo, and moisturizers.

Great find
The reception was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, just across the road to the beach and the motel had a pleasant dining area where we had an evening meal and lovely fresh croissants for breakfast. We were delighted with our stay

Clean room and friendly staff
We arrived late and left early and the weather didn't allow for activities but the hotel was extremely clean and the staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay again.

It was a lovely room. But there’s no food outlets to eat at or but from you have to travel back to Port Campbell to access food.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit zwei Betten über Expedia gebucht, jedoch nur ein Zimmer mit einem Queenbett erhalten,obwohl wir bei der Buchung explizit einen Twin-Room gebucht hatten. Der Besitzer war sehr unfreundlich und hatte uns die Schuld zuweisen wollen, obwohl wir eine eindeutige Buchungsbestätigung hatten. Der Haushund hatte seine Hinterlassenschaften auf dem allgemein zugänglichen Rasen hinterlassen. Zudem gab es keine Waschmaschine und Trockner auf dem Gelände, wie in der Beschreibung auf der Expedia-Seite ind auf der Webseite der Unterkunft aufgeführt.

The motel is situated just across the road from the beach and there is plenty of parking for guests. The room was very clean, modern and bright. The queen bed was comfortable. Heating worked well. The staff were friendly. Breakfast is available on site.

Room was not what I booked, no wifi at all, bathroom cold, poor ventilation, water dripping from exhaust fan, ants in beverage area, milk past expiry date, very disappointing

I'm sorry to hear you were disappointed in your stay. If you read other reviews on other sites, you will see that we make every effort to ensure your stay is enjoyable, and most people do enjoy their stay with us. Regarding the room you booked, when you book through a 3rd party such as Expedia, we have no control over which room you choose. That said, if it was not the room you wanted we would have happily moved you to another room. We do have wi-fi available in the restaurant, you just have to ask... The temperature of the rooms can be controlled with either the split system a/c unit, or the oil heater provided. In winter it does get very cold down here on the South-West Victorian Coast... If you don't turn on the extraction fans in the bathroom, or open the windows, then it may seem like there is very poor ventilation... Your other concerns will be addressed immediately to ensure this doesn't happen again. Thanks for your feedback. Regards

We loved our stay at Peterborough House - super cute room (we stayed in the family two bedroom rooms). Spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated. Management had thought of everything and were so accommodating. Comfortable beds - fluffy towels.
