Le Verger de Charles "À ÉVITER! Surtout pour les sĂ©jours longues durĂ©es et/ ou pour les personnes asthmatiques car la maison est extrĂȘmement humide! Mon mari et moi avons fermĂ©s les yeux sur de nombreux points par sympathie pour M.Villoin et dĂ» Ă  notre quasi absence dans le logement (on partait travailler le matin Ă  8h et on revenait Ă  22h). Et pourtant, nous avons subi: - en cas de fortes pluies: murs de la chambre qui suintent passages de l’eau Ă  travers la menuiserie des fenĂȘtres zone boueuse Ă  l’entrĂ©e du logement; - remontĂ©es d’odeur et d’eaux usĂ©es dans la salle de bain WC; - Multitudes de lĂ©zards dans la climatisation de la chambre; - Évier de la cuisine bouchĂ©e durant les 3 derniĂšres semaines; - ĂȘtre piquĂ©s par les moustiques le matin comme le soir ce qui est pris Ă  la lĂ©gĂšre (il en rigole) Ce logement ne vaut pas le prix ( environ 2300 € pour 2,5 mois)! HĂŽte hypocrite et radin qui se plaint d’avoir payĂ© 20€ de plus la femme de mĂ©nage alors qu’à l’état des lieux tout Ă©tait propre et rangĂ©"

Es gibt leider mehr mosquitos als sonst, man sollte daher ein Spray mitnehmen. Die Kommunikation mit Charles war sehr einfach und und angenehm. er hat uns auch ein paar Tipps gegeben."
