"Je dois avouer que mes attentes étaient très basses..... j'ai fait un rendez-vous la journée même et c'était le moins chère du coin et la dernière chambre disponible dans le coin ! Pourtant, chambre très propre, aucun bruit. Piscine extérieure mais très chaude! Donc, s'il fait froid c'est bien ! Sauna fonctionnel, Près de tout les services en voiture. Seul déception, aucun Déjeuner fourni, mais il y a un restaurant au rez-de-chaussée qui semble très bon. A part ça, ça été ma plus belle expérience d'hôtel au quebec cette année parmis plusieurs."

"Le personnel était accueillant et a bien répondu à nos besoins et demandes. Cependant, la chambre n'avait pas été faite correctement. Beaucoup de vaisselle était rangée et sale. J'ai dû la laver avant de m'en servir. De plus, le tapis était sale et le divan-lit avait des chips et du popcorn lorsque nous l'avons ouvert pour s'en servir. Les oreillers étaient tachés de sang. La jeune fille qui travaillait de soir nous a tout remplacé la literie avec une extrême gentillesse, mais on s'entend que la chambre aurait dû être convenablement nettoyée avant notre arrivée. Finalement, l'air climatisée ne fonctionnait pas très bien. Elle coulait et le tapis était mouillé. Le reste de l'établissement était très bien!"
