Maison confortable, accueillante, bien équipée, propre. Service rapide suite à une demande. Le seul problème demeure l'accès extérieur: escalier non sécuritaire, marches de hauteur inégales, absence de rampe, absence d'éclairage le soir. L'accès est particulièrement pénible pour les personnes ainées.La communication en français serait appréciée.
