ABOUT THE RENTAL
Perfectly placed in between Petoskey and Harbor Springs this two bedroom, one bath condo is the perfect “Northern Michigan Getaway!” If you are looking for a quaint rental that is still close to lots of activities, then look no further. Located just 5 minutes to Petoskey and 7 minutes to Harbor Springs offering you plenty of options for great shopping and exquisite dining. This condo is located right off the Little Traverse Wheelway, which is 26 miles of a beautifully paved bike trail that extends from Harbor Springs to Charlevoix. If biking is not your thing, go hiking and/or walk 2 minutes to the Petoskey State Park and enjoy your time at the beach on the shores of Lake Michigan. Different from other condos in the Bathing Beach community, this unit offers a large wraparound deck that is great for grilling out and enjoying a glass of wine. The four large glass sliding doors to this deck offer plenty of natural light into the unit. The living area has cathedral ceilings and an open floor plan, which is perfect for cooking and entertaining. Cozy up to the gas fireplace after fun fall and winter activities to play games, watch TV, or just relax.

Great Stay!

Just bring your toothbrush, everything else was supplied! Two bicycles were even provided, along with beach chairs and umbrella. Great location and condo!

Great location on Northern Michigan!

This is the 1st time we've stayed there and we had a great time. There were 3 of us that went, but this place could hold 4 no problem. It had everything we needed for a week up north. The location was fantastic to be the jumping off point to Petoskey, Charlevoix, Mackinaw, and parts of the UP. Loved the layout and really liked the fireplace for the chilly evenings. Would absolutely stay there again!

A cute little place just barely outside the downtown of Petoskey... Maybe a 10 minute drive in to town? Very easy to communicate with the owner of the property, and no issues. Very accommodating, clean and just overall beautiful

Wonderful place to stay!

This is the second time that my family has stayed at this property. We've had a fantastic experience both times. It is a perfect size for a family of four. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Everything was very clean. We appreciated all the little things, like beach chairs, a cooler, bikes, etc. that we didn't want to bring from home. Excellent location, too. We walked every day to the beach.

Just okay

The pictures make this place look amazing but it's really just okay. The shower was not enjoyable to be in and your surrounded by other apartments. The gas fireplace is really nice though!

Great Location!

The condo location is great for visiting several "up north" towns and Petoskey State Park. It was very clean, the kitchen was well-stocked and the bed was comfortable. We had two issues that we resolved on our own. We had a small hiccup with the internet the first evening, as it was unplugged and the grill was out of propane. Additionally, the shower is a bit small.

3 adults -long weekend- just right - could walk to state park beach or very short drive and also close to convenient grocery store or market. only a few more mins to downtown Petoskey gaslight shopping district and marina/park. Property mgt was communicative clear and responsive- comfortable and relaxed atmosphere- you do hear busy traffic noise close to Petoskey harbor drive when out in the deck but that was a small concern to be so close to everything

Northern Michigan

Great Condo to stay in! It was in the perfect location for our activities that were planned. The condo was stocked with everything you needed, from a full kitchen, to enough towels in the bathroom, and comfortable beds.Loved how the owner thought of pretty much anything you would need, like if you were in your own home. We did have a bit of trouble getting into the condo with the code provided, but it was great how we got text message prior to our arrival of ways to get in contact with the owner if needed. Having an after hours number to contact was great! After we called the answering service, we got a call from the owner. She apologized, they had just installed a new locking system and the code was never updated. We did get the new one and she was amazing to say if we needed anything else in our stay to please reach out to her and she would be happy to help. Felt so nice how much care she had for us with our stay. (Thank you!!)Also it was a LIFE SAVER to have enough heating vents and a dryer from all the days on the mountain we spent with our snow activities. Would definitely love to come back and stay here again!! Cheers!! -A
