Perfect Location

Wow! What a perfect location for everything our family of 4 was looking to do. Less than a mile away from Petoskey State park, and only a short drive to downtown Petoskey and the Bay Harbor area. Plenty of wonderful golf courses within 10-15 minutes. A lot of great food in the area as well! We look forward to our next stay!

Nice place close to everything

We stayed in October in order to check out all the leaves and hand out in Petoskey. The place was great for that. I can imagine it would be really nice in the summer time. The place has a lot of room in it and everything you need to make it your temporary home.

Family time

When we first arrived, the weather was rainy and cold. The indoor swimming pool was wonderful my young grandchildren. The location of Petoskey State Park was ideal as a weather warm. Wonderful place to stay very clean and extremely attentive.

Great condo with lovely decor!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay in Michigan was great! The condo was clean, and exactly as pictured. The sporting goods in the garage were a wonderful added bonus to allow us to use all the condo amenities such as the basketball hoop. Round lake is a beautiful clear lake with a nice sandy entry. Short drive to the state park and great dining options. Would definitely stay here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The best was the proximity of Toski Sands and the kitchen was well equipped . The worst was the volume of the fountain in the pond in front. We loved the 5:30 pm shut off time when we could enjoy the porch.

Gorgeous Space, Clean and Functional

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay. The place was well equipped with kitchen gadgets with thoughtful additions like a wok, measuring cups and spoons, storage containers, and a Ninja blender. The rooms were great, with very comfortable mattresses and pillows. The laundry room was a great bonus. The pool is very close -- right across the parking area -- and the perfect temperature. We couldn't believe we were the only guests in the pool on a Saturday! The bottle of wine was also a lovely touch. It was a wonderful stay and I hope to return again soon.

Centennial birthday visit

The swim beach was the best for our grandchildren who loved learning to paddle board. Having the indoor swimming pool was a plus since it rained 2 of the days we were there.

Very pleased with the property

The property was clean and had eveything you need. Round lake that is inside the condos was 2 minutes away. The beach on the state park is less than a mile away.
