Ski trip in Petoskey
The house was cozy and warm. The heat works fantastically. So nice to go to dinner in town just a few blocks away. The SmartTV is great and we watched a number of movies. The kitchen is really nice and modern for cooking has everything you could need.

Great in town family getaway
Lovely home for a quick holiday getaway for our family. This cozy home was perfect to share time with our kids and close enough to walk to town for food and shopping since the ski conditions were less than ideal A well stocked kitchen, comfy living room with televisions in every room. We appreciated having an upstairs bathroom, our kids shared the smaller room which although cozy was big enough for them. There was ample closets, towels, tissue, hand soap, and even noticed a care box of extra toothbrushes and band aids if needed. The hosts really do care about their guests and provide a clean and welcoming home. We loved the ease of walking to town and while being winter we couldn’t help but notice all the extras provided for summer guests which intrigued us for future stays. Thank you for sharing your place with us, all the best!

Went to Petosky. The place was close to town - beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood Easy check in .Very clean -communication with owner was prompt - had everything you needed The only one thing is to maybe have a clock on the wall .but that is a very small suggestion - besides that I would definitely stay here again😁

Check in process was very easy and the place was exceptionally clean and cozy. A lot of thoughtful amenities for your stay and you can tell there was a lot of care and thought put into the decor of the house. Being dog lovers ourselves, there were many accommodations for our fur baby.. The house is located very close to downtown, so it was easy to either walk or ride your bikes without having to drive and find parking. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

This house has been updated, is clean and cozy. We used this as a base up north for many day trips ie: UP, Tunnel of trees etc. Petoskey is beautiful and friendly. It’s easy to get around either driving or walking from the house for shopping and dining. Excellent stay!

Belle's at the Grove wars a great cottage for our week long getaway. The home is spotless and equipped with everything you need regardless of how long you stay. Easy walk to all the downtown restaurants, shops and beach. Great location for going north or south of Petoskey. Can not wait to return to Pure Michigan.

Great Ski Weekend
Gorgeous, super clean home! Kitchen was well stocked, which we always appreciate when traveling. Greatly appreciate being able to bring our pup, and have a spot to store skis. Wifi was terribly slow, but a lack of a movie night is my only less than stellar comment. Will absolutely check back for future trips!

Great house in Petoskey
This house was wonderful for my family. We could walk to downtown or stay in as the kitchen was well stocked. There was one small mix up, but it as resolved quickly. I only mention this because this house is well taken care of and the owners want your stay to be perfect.

Perfect place to stay in Petoskey
This is a nice, clean, very well stocked property that easily sleeps 4 adults and has a lot of space to hang out with family in the living room. It has all the amenities you could need. In addition, it is very nice to have a pet-friendly house that is this clean. We hope to stay in this house again when visiting my mom, who lives nearby.

A great time in Petoskey
Petoskey is a special place for us, and we really enjoyed our stay in this home. It was close enough that we could (and did!) walk downtown and the property itself was clean and tidy. We had a great time and would happily stay here again.

Fantastic location
My wife and I stayed here for a week. First, the location was fantastic. Easy walk into downtown Petoskey and to the waterfront. Good access to highways. The property was very comfortable. The living area was spacious and good for relaxing. The kitchen has almost everything needed including a lot of the staples. The bedroom and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Extra clean and great location, backyard
This is one of the cleanest short term rentals we've ever stayed in. Comfy furniture, well stocked with anything you might have forgotten. Loved the big sectional in the living room. Friendly and trusting owners. It's a 5 min walk to downtown and there's a large fenced backyard. Nice TVs, linens, check out procedure. Equipped kitchen. Five stars for sure.

Walk everywhere in Petoskey from this cute place! Everything was very clean and check in was super easy. Owners were easy to communicate with. The yard is fenced, all except one small section, where we put up a portable gate to keep our dogs in the yard. Would stay again!

Great winter getaway
My wife and I spent two weeks working remotely from Petoskey for a winter getaway, and we couldn't be happier with our choice. The internet was good enough that we could both be on video calls at the same time. Being only a 10-minute walk away, we often made two trips on foot into town. The town was charming and the food was great. Thanks Larry and Amy for sharing your home with us!

Excellent place to stay for vacation
We are a couple in our 60s/70s. We had planned a much-needed break away from work and obligations and decided on the Petoskey area. This property is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood within walking distance of downtown and the harbor, and an easy drive to numerous hiking trails. The house has plenty of space, both inside and out. With two bedrooms, as well as two bathrooms(!!), it would be perfect for a small family. We had a couple questions for the owners, who were quick to respond. The home itself is clean, very well maintained, with a spacious kitchen and dining room, and a comfortable, good-sized living room. It is a two-story, with both bedrooms and the half-bath on the second floor. We very much enjoyed our stay. We appreciated access to the bicycles on the property, and the fact that our dog was able to join us for this stay.

The property was clean and very well appointed with everything needed at your finger tips. The location was perfect for us and was within walking distance of downtown. Overall, This is an excellent property. Our only suggestion is related to the check in (5:00) and check out time (10:00), which really “compresses” your stay. The exterior doors/locks are very hard to open - and created a bit of a safety hazard for us as I was not able to get it open with out assistance from my husband. Also, it’s helpful to know that the stairs to the second floor are steep and my not be suitable for elderly.

Sorry to hear you had trouble with the front door. It is #1 on our list of pending repairs. Hoping the brand new door/lock at rear entry was utilized . As far as the "compressed window" 5pm arrival; you were messaged at 1pm to inform it was ready early as has been the case 80% this season. During the peak season we want to give our highly valued cleaning person as much time as possible to have it ready for the many same day arrivals we host. Based upon your suggestions a hotel may better fit your needs for future travel.

Fantastic location
The location and cleanliness of this property can't be beat. Quiet neighborhood in walking distance of restaurants, shopping, parks and waterfront. We also took a day trip to Mackinac Island, which was an easy drive. Always appreciate a property that allows us to bring our furry family member with us as well. Great stay!

Home Away from Home!
House is nicely appointed with tv's in each room. Beds were comfortable and linens were fresh and clean. Our college son slept comfortably on the sectional couch in the living room. While we don't cook very much, the kitchen seemed to have all the things one would need if they were eating in. We enjoyed reading on the front porch on the rainy days and watching the black squirrels and bunnies in the backyard. We live in a highly walkable neighborhood so it is something we value when staying in a rental. This house was just right! Easy to get to the water front, shopping, dining, etc. Easy drive to Harbor Springs, Boyne, and Charlevoix. We appreciated the beach chairs and table for our day at the lake! This is a lovely, homey place to stay with a family that likes to walk, bike and enjoy the wonderful little town!

Nice location in Petoskey
We had a really nice stay at this property. It's close enough to take a short walk downtown for coffee and food or to visit the downtown parks. I worked remotely from here and the internet speed was excellent. Everything in the house was easy to use and there were plenty of extras such as beach toys.

Great Location in a friendly neighborhood
Quiet, very clean and walking distance to downtown and Bear River Rec Area. Dog friendly was a big plus. We were in town to do day trips to see the fall colors. Maybe it was just because if the dogs, but everyone says hello when you are out and about in the neighborhood.

Perfect rental property
We stayed at the house for five nights and enjoyed it very much. It was one of the cleanest properties we have ever rented and as other visitors have stated the property owners have thought of everything a visitor might need. The little extras from coffee supplies, a welcome bottle of wine, plenty of soft linens, to an umbrella and flashlights, along with a book explaining all about the tv and internet were very much appreciated and made us feel at home. The location was very central to everything. The bed was very comfortable and the addition of ceiling fans, night lights, and power strips in all the rooms meant we could charge all of our phones and devices anywhere. We would highly recommend this property to anyone who wants an extremely clean property that is well furnished. The property owners have thought of everything and their cleaning person definitely takes pride in their job as everything was spotless.

Perfect spot for a getaway
This was one of the best experiences I have had with renting someones home for a trip. The amenities were fantastic especially if you're traveling with your fur children. The location really can't be beat in my opinion as well. You are a 5 minute walk to downtown Petoskey, 30 minutes to tunnel of trees, 30 minutes to Charlevoix, 50 minutes to Traverse City and 50 minutes to Mackinaw City - literally the perfect middle spot. The home was clean, beautiful, well furnished and stocked. And the cherry on top was the responsiveness and accommodating owners of the property.
