We are also located ONLY TWO BLOCKS to downtown restaurants , shops and pubs and Lake Charlevoix.
Our vacation home is newly renovated, spacious and clean with all the comforts of home INCLUDING AIR CONDITIONING. Amenities include a large living room with Flexsteel Sofa, Samsung 55 in. Smart TV with Spectrum TV and WIFI. The master bedroom is oversized with a new king bed and a 43 in Smart TV with Netflix. There is also an ensuite bath with body wash and shampoo dispensers as well as a rain shower head. The private backyard features a deck for that morning coffee and serene outdoor living area, SEASONAL barbeque grill and firepit for your enjoyment. Attached garage for your convenience, we even have bicycles and yard games for you to use.. Leave your car parked and WALK TO EVERYTHING! It was perfect!!

We had a wonderful stay!! The house was cute, clean, comfortable and conveniently located!! We used it as our ‘base camp’ to come home to after day trips to Mackinac Island, Sleeping Bear sand dunes, Traverse its and Petoskey!!! Would definitely stay again!!

Incredible stay in Boyne!

We have stayed in several rentals in Boyne City and this was by far the best one! It had everything we needed! The location was perfect and it was sparkling clean! We plan to book it again for next year!

Great place to stay! Easy check in and out. The place was clean and had everything you could need. The location was excellent. Only a 10 minute walk into town and it was such a nice town to explore. We went to the farmers market on Saturday morning and it was only 2 blocks away on the water. Also, only a short drive to Boyne Mountain, Petoskey, and Charlevoix.

Great location and quiet.

The home has everything you need for a great vacation home. Lovely fire pit out back, and the house is much bigger than it looks in the pictures. The street is quiet with very little traffic and just a short walk to town. Enjoyed our stay and the owners are top notch.

Enjoyed our stay at the East St. Gem! Nice, cozy home with an excellent master bedroom and backyard (especially the butterfly bush). Kitchen was well-equipped and appreciated the extra waters.
