Enjoy the expansive views of the lake sitting in the living/dinning area through the floor to ceiling glass that let’s tons of natural day light in. These beautiful windows continue throughout the home into the bedrooms and let you take in the natural beauty around you. (Please note: all windows have custom shades to pull down for privacy) If you appreciate location and tastefully decorated homes, this place is for you. The built in patio area that leads to the private dock offers multiple great sitting areas to enjoy a glass of wine and watch what’s happening on the lake. The mid century kitchen is unbeatable with it’s restored teal metal cabinets and gives the perfect amount of “funk” to this glass bungalow. This home offers a master suite with a full bathroom overlooking the back patio and lake along with two other bedrooms and another full bath. There is dock space available to tie off, but the lifts are occupied with the owner's boat and jet ski. Walloon Village is minutes away where you can enjoy fine dinning, shopping, rent boats and paddle boards and much more! If the village doesn’t offer everything you need you are 10 minutes to Petoskey and 20-25 minutes to Harbor Springs.
