Water view Getaway, steps to Downtown Petoskey
- It is conveniently located and walking distance to the gaslight district and Petoskey’s finest shopping and dining. It is also just steps away from the breakwall, Bayfront Park and Little Traverse Wheelway.
The apartment boasts of a private porch with views of Little Traverse Bay. The unit consists of 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, and 1 bath with a tub shower combination, living room with a pull out full sofa bed and dining area with seating for 4.
Features: Cable, central air, washer, dryer, paved 1 car paved driveway, BBQ and outdoor seating.
The rental unit is on the second level of the home requiring guests to climb stairs. The host lives full time on the first level with a 10 year old delightful, fun loving lab/golden mix named Tessa.
There is a propane BBQ available ready to use. The propane tank is in place with a spare tank close by for your convenience.
The suite is cleaned and sanitized based on best practices provided by VRBO.

The property was updated and spotless, offering everything needed for a comfortable stay. The back balcony provided terrific views, and being just a block from the beach made it easy to catch the perfect sunset. We loved Karen’s place!! My husband and I stayed for a weekend to enjoy the fall colors and Karen’s apartment was exactly what we needed. A great water view, a comfortable bed, a well stocked kitchen, comfortable furnishings and nicely decorated. Very close to town and in a nice, walkable neighborhood. Everything was exactly as described and pictured. We loved the extra touches like the provided Starbucks coffee and chocolate! We would definitely recommend this place and we will definitely stay there again.
