Myself and 4 friends planned a rafting trip in the area and decided to stay here two nights. We had a wonderful stay, cute rooms, great service and friendly staff. Restaurant provided multiple options for dining and the breakfast was ample. Would highly recommend!

Café da manhã satisfatório, atendimento satisfatório, na chegada me colocaram em chalé horrível , paredes sujas , parte do ar-condicionado colado com fitas adesivas , claramente precisando de um reforma urgente . Fui a recepção e pedi para trocarem , me colocaram em outro bem melhor , mas com alguns detalhes q me desagradou , os roupões eram velhos e estavam dobrados jogados no fundo do armário , deveriam estar dentro de sacos plástico com uma aparência de higienização, não tive coragem de usar , como é um lugar frio , os cobertores eram velhos .

Não é resort

Esperávamos um resort, mas eh uma boa pousada. O chalé eh bom, bom ar condicionado e bom café da manhã. Mas deixou muito a desejar no atendimento na recepção onde não recebemos a senha de Wi-Fi s lá não pega nada. Outra coisa é questão da comida, como fomos no meio da semana ( quarta p/ quinta), o restaurante do local não estava aberto nem para um lanche e tão pouco o lugarejo próximo. Enfim, não voltaria, pois o acesso ao local é por estrada estreita que muitas vezes só passa um carro por vez.

Incrivel. Comprei de presente de casamento para os meus pais e eles só descreveram coisas maravilhosas. Estrutura excelente, café da manha muito bem servido, piscina enorme, quarto super confortável e ainda como uma surpresa: colocaram petas de rosas para comemorar o aniversário deles. Indico super.

Não se classifica como resort, na minha opinião.

Lugar precisando de maiores cuidados. O que mais chama atenção são as piscinas, porém as águas são geladas, o que dificulta por ser um lugar frio. Academia bem equipada. Ficamos no chalé e este sim é bem gostoso e privativo. A hidro é grande e bem confortável. Os quartos são bem pequenos; fizemos um upgrade.

Boa opção próximo a Lumiar e Friburgo.

O local em si oferece oportunidade para o contato com a natureza; bom para descansar. Possui boa piscina, academia, pequena sala de “cinema”, salão de jogos, etc. Traduzindo: boa opção para pessoas não muito exigentes fugirem da rotina e curtirem a natureza.

Esse era um hotel que eu sempre admirava por fotos e redes sociais, e que ontem tive o desprazer de conhecer. O pior problema foi o ar condicionado do quarto, um barulho enlouquecedor, e com o calor q estava fazendo não tive outra opção, pois estava com meu marido e minha filha de 3 anos era impossivel ficar no calor. Entretanto só consegui dormir umas 3h essa noite isso pq estava exausta, o barulho era de fato absurdo. Alem disso, o lençol não cabia no colchão, ficava saindo toda hora. Nao tinha controle remoto da TV, e mesmo eu pedindo por 3 vezes, nao me forneceram, tinha q ficar levantando pra alterar volume, ligar e desligar a tv. As toalhas sao pequenas e bastante desgastadas. Café da manhã muuuuito simples. Só vale a pena a area de lazer e a vista que é muito bonita. Está muito longe de ser um hotel 4 estrelas. Não vale mesmo o valor que cobram. Decepção.

Recepção boa, funcionários excelentes, educados e sempre prestativos, só que acho uma pena não ter uma pessoa para fazer serviços gerais, o que falicitaria muito o trabalho das moças que trabalham na arrumação, elas acabam ter que fazer tudo ao mesmo tempo, dão conta do recado, são muito eficientes.

Nossa estadia no Resort foi mt ótima! O lugar é lindo, bem calmo para quem procura lugar para descansar. Resort com excelente estrutura. Ficamos em um quarto standard e em um chalé, o quarto oferece o básico, mas é confortável, o chalé é bem completo e mt aconchegante. O que achei q deixou a desejar foi o café da manhã, não tem mt variedade e não diferencia as opções no decorrer dos dias, fechamos 3 diárias e acrescentamos mais 1, todos os dias eram as mesmas opções, suco, por exemplo, só teve de laranja em todos os dias. Os funcionários são mt simpáticos, atenciosos e solícitos. No geral a estadia atendeu nossas expectativas! Voltaremos com ctz!
