"This was not our first time staying at Embassy Suites but this was for sure the most disappointing stay. I truly believe the price I paid was way too much! I understand the hotel is going through renovations but why do those during one of the most busy times in Colorado Springs. One of the reasons we picked this hotel was the pool and it was closed during our stay. The breakfast during our first morning was not kept stocked and many items were missing. Our bathtub was not clean and fan in the bathroom was full of dust and did not work. The air conditioner in the room also did not work properly. The security door latch was loose. The hot and cold in both sinks were on the opposite sides of what they should be. I was extremely disappointed with our stay and the amount I was charged for the room because it was not worth the price. At this time I will not chose to stay at Embassy Suites in the future."
