"The home was clean and cozy with an interior design that beautifully blended antiques with modern elements. Outdoor spaces were equally lovely, a perfect setting to gaze at hundreds of stars on a clear night. The location is great with an amazing coffee shop offering superb homemade goods within walking distance. The host was wonderful and very communicative as needed. I sincerely hope I can come back to Sweet Gum Cottage! "

"Booked two rooms for 4 adults. Area was quiet and the staff and owners work hard at keeping this older motel looking nice and cozy. It felt like the 80's and family trips in the best way. Right off I-70 with a 24 hour Casey's located next door. Loved the stay here, will do it again next time I'm kicking it in CoMo."

"When the ac froze up and I called the desk he said he would be right there. Within 5 minutes his wife and him were right there to look at it. Told me that they would be right back with a replacement. 10 minutes later they had it replaced with a brand new ac unit that worked great. They had great communication with each step in fixing the issue. Very polite."
