Lovely tucked away spot. Great for a quick overnight stay while travelling. Food was delicious. Suggest smart tv’s so guests can stream from phones!

The hotel staff where friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the fridge and dishwasher in the family suite we stayed in had not been cleaned. The stay was pleasant and the location of the hotel was fine close to the centre of the town .

Beautiful hotel in nice city
Beautiful hotel with great suite on the roof with own whirlpool. Great team. City center is literally 3 minutes walk. Only disadvantage is breakfast. Was very busy, coffee is not what you would expect from France. Next time i would have breakfast in the city.

Good return visit
This was our second stay and we enjoyed the experience again. Great value suite with a view across gardens at the back of the building and a balcony on two sides. We used the spa this time and it was very good, 2 hours booked for just two people to use the facilities. Well located. Car park is quite tight/busy.

We booked this place based on the incredible photos of the pool and suites. It exceeded expectations. Views from the huge balcony were amazing and the two bedroom suite was massive. Staff were super helpful, especially with arranging taxi service (in a town where there's very few options). Would definitely stay here again.

Property itself is fine. We had a huge suite, but the kitchenette lacked basic cooking utensils and we even had to ask for a couple of bowls. So they need to make a trip to IKEA and stock up the rooms a little. Interesting location with it’s private bridge over the drainage canal to get into town.

A lovely, quirky, very French hotel. It is perfectly placed to walk into Pezenas, one of our favourite French towns. Our suite was huge with two rooms and a small balcony. Staff were friendly and we enjoyed our stay very much. The only drawback for me was the set up in the bathroom - the mirror was so high, I had to stand on tiptoe and the wet room floor ( which also contained the toilet) stayed wet all day. This would not stop us returning however and I am sure we will.

Excellent Proximity to Pezenas, very nicely appointed / quality and spacious room with the added bonus of kitchen facilities. Pool a bit on the small side, but a rare thing in these parts.

Delightful accommodation
Beautiful place for an overnight stay. Parking was very tight as the car park was full but we managed, the accommodation is lovely and with in a short walking distance to the town where there are many opportunities for food and beverage. Had a lovely big room with a hot tub which was made full use of. Would happily stay again and wished we'd stayed longer.

We phoned the day before we arrived for our 10 day stay and was told everything was still ok! when we arrived we were THEN told we could only stay for three nights as they were closing on the Friday! Because there was a fete day (11/11) in the middle of the following week. due to Covid it was very difficult to find some where else at short notice if we had been told when we phoned we may have had more chance. We saw NO cleaners and our rooms were not cleaned while we were there I even had to ask for toilet paper, the fridge in the room hadn’t been cleaned and the freezer compartment was disgusting old freezer bags still in there! I am very disappointed with the whole thing as we weren’t even given an apology, discount or anything by luck someone we work with got us a villa. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to my worst enemy!

Just slightly off the beaten track!
Stopped off on a cross country trip from Barcelona. Warm greeting from Andrew and off to a very pleasant room on the third floor with a small terrace. Considering the price paid the room was well above what I had expected. This is a hotel where the rooms actually look like the pictures! Will use again for sure. We did not try the bistro as it was empty as we left. On returning later that night it was busy and we would definitely give it a try on our next visit.

Could be amazing....
We love Pèzenas and this hotel is in a great location to explore it - right in the centre, but with easy access to the hotel by car and free car parking. Our room was more a mini apartment with kitchenette and decent facilities. This hotel could be amazing with a little more attention to detail- some of fixtures and fittings are a bit tired and worn, lots of dead plants in pots on terraces etc. Our room was in the eaves and therefore had really limited head height in bedroom and kitchen area- not ideal. The staff were pleasant enough when you saw them - just not very forthcoming or visible. Reception often vacant, no one in Spa, bar left unattended- felt like they were busy doing other things- just not sure what! Would we return? Probably yes. Could it be better with a little TLC? Definitely yes!

Super room on the 2nd floor. Comfortable bed, forgot to look at the make! Microwave and hob but only 2 cups and glasses so no point really. Nice big lounge. Well placed next to the town. Free parking. Didnt use the pool.

The hotel has fantastic facilities and is extremely close to the centre of Pezenas via a private bridge across the canal. Onsite parking is excellent especially as Pezenas parking is hectic at best. There is a carrifour 5 mins drive away if you are self catering or if you prefer you can take advantage of the superb restaurants the village has to offer.

Hotel was beautiful. Nicely decorated and comfortable. Only criticism is lack of privacy on the balcony, they had planters as dividers with no plants in them so you can see right in to your neighbour. The staff were amazing, Stephan and his team were superb. Dinner in the restaurant was the best we had eaten in the area.

Very pleased with accommodation, we were delighted. Our daughter came so we needed the two bedroom and appreciated the generous size and care taken with its presentation. Major reason for choosing Penezas was to visit Door Museum which was supposed to open at 10am but showed no signs of opening at all

Great hotel in a great town
We stayed two nights in the Executive Suite, chosen because it had a private hot tub on the balcony - wonderful! The kitchenette was a big disappointment, as though it had a hob, microwave and fridge, there was nothing else - no pans, plates, or cutlery even. Clearly, they don’t want any food prep going on. Everything else about the suite was great - comfortable, clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the building itself - an old distillery - is interesting, with an excellent location for both visiting the lovely town of Pézenas on foot by day, and being in a little haven of peace and quiet by night.
