I typically book rooms on the cheaper end of the scale, so expect that there will always be something that isn't quite right. Everything about this room was good. There are a ton of restaurants within a mile of this hotel, so that's nice, too.

Landing Winston-Salem near Wake Forest University
I ended up not staying at the property. When I arrived, there were blowers under the carpet and in the kitchen, apparently due to a recent flood. I took one look at this Hellhole and called Landing to cancel.

Cozy 2-bedroom bungalow in lovely Winston-Salem
Fantastic place to stay. Very convenient location to the hospital. Dog friendly - great neighborhood for walks. Home was nicely appointed with lots of small touches that made it feel very welcoming.
