Mr. AJ was very Hospitable and Professional besides humble. Knowledgeable and caring for the guest. This one of many reasons we come.back here because of this individual going above and beyond for the guests

The bed was horrible..room 224 we have stayed at that hotel before but never experienced such uncomfortable beds.. checked out at 5:00 am due to being so uncomfortable on bed. Husband and I both were very disappointed with such poor beds and mattress. Have very little sleep 😞

Since you entered the hotel it smelled like cigarette and like a dirty smell. the bedroom smelled like food, cigarette (even though it was non smoking). we had to purchase odor smell removers and it still wasn't enough. We were disappointed since it has good ratings.

Misleading
To begin, there is no lobby. Just a desk with plexiglass. The staff members present at check-in smelled very badly of B.O. Several forms were required for signature, indicating additional charges for extra towels, etc. The elevator had a lingering marijuana scent, throughout the stay. The hallways were poorly lit. In the room, the bathroom was decently sized and as clean as can be for a motel disguising as a hotel. The refrigerator was large enough for a week or two's worth of groceries. The exterior of the refrigerator and the burners on the range were rusting. The table and chairs were cheap plastic. We did not use the T.V. The room did not have a phone just a digital clock on the night stand. The window did not have curtains, only blinds. The bed was missing the frame cover and the box spring. The sheets were clean and the bed, surprisingly, did not have bed bugs. The flooring was laminate and the walls were very thin. So, when the guests next door dragged the chairs across the floor, it could be heard, loudly and clearly. We could even hear the bed squeaking during the night from the room next door. The guests partying in the hallway could be heard clearly through the door. Overall, the room has not been updated in at least 10 years. Check out was a drop box for key cards only. Despite, being a cheap night's stay, the cost was still to high.

I expect to have a nice bed pillow but no its like they never change them since they open i had a very hard bed the pillow if o could call them pillow they where complete flat the blanket they suppose to be white but they where yellow.. bad smell like a mold wall type we change room because the room they gave us was very bad conditions. But the next one was the same only no smell. Never coming back sorry

The room supposedly included towels and kitchenware but it didn't. When we tried reaching for help at 9am no one was at the front desk, no one was answering the phone from the dial in number at the lobby and there was no one to check out to.The bed was pretty unconfortable. Overall poor. Hospitality and customer service could be much better.

Smoke filled and loud
The room was OK for the price, but they gave me a smoking room when I asked for non-smoking. I was going to a business meeting and all of my clothes smelled like smoke the next day. It was horrible.
