“Avoid: Severe Disrepair & Policy ViolationsI cannot recommend this property due to maintenance failures, safety hazards, and unprofessional conduct.Sanitation: The fridge was a biohazard (rotten/slimy). Hosts used coffee/baking soda to mask odors rather than cleaning. I spent 3 hours cleaning it myself; the host later claimed I should have called for a "cleaning closet code" rather than expecting a clean unit upon arrival.Safety Hazards: Kitchen cabinets are hanging by single hinges, floor tiles……

“I booked the castle several of our agencies clients who work in entertainment. We’re a hard group to impress - the actors are used to 5-star accommodations, and I’ve spent time studying the Middle Ages. But every single guest who stayed at or stopped by the property was blown away by the attention to detail, the comfort, and the immersive feel of this rental. Yamil is an exceptional host. He was available to answer questions morning and night, sent videos walking us through the homes features……
