“Really disappointed. Reserved a suite. Checked in and let them know I had a dog. Was told dogs not allowed upstairs and had to take a room on ground level. So, on top of getting a lesser room and no refund on the difference, got charged for the dog. At 1am somebody tried to get into our room. I popped up, looked out and didn't see anybody. 10 minutes later, somebody had a key to our room, opened the door but I had the safety latch on, so they didn't make it all the way into the room.
