「Terrible time. I had to report my car being scratched (keyed it appeared) on two different occasions and they said nobody touched my car. Which is absurd because someone even had a finger mark trying to “buff” out what appeared to be a keying. Scratches don’t scratch themselves. 「I arrived at around 11ish to midnight, exhausted, and in need of a shower. On arrival I met with the girl at the desk (Heather) who was kind, courteous, and helpful. Heather checks me in.
