Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space.1BR Condo with contact less check in. This location is a close distance to many Philadelphia attractions. A great place to hangout before venturing Philadelphia during the day and to wind down at night after exploring. If you want to order take out or cook a meal; this apartment can provide that for you! Washer, dryer, and dishwasher included!"
The space
This is a 4th floor condo with 484 sq feet. It has a full bathroom with a shower and a tub combo. A bedroom with a Queen size bed, separated from the living room area.
Central air/central heating, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and full-sized washer and dryer in the unit. The bedroom has a hardwood floor and plenty of closet space. The open concept kitchen and living areas are tiled. Building features an elevator. Close to Temple University and a block away from The Met Philadelphia. Being on Broad St right at Girard, public transportation just steps away.
