The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. I really appreciated how well-maintained everything was, and there was plenty of room to relax without feeling cramped. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

I had a wonderful stay at this Extended Stay America. The hotel was clean, safe, affordable, and truly pet-friendly. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful from check-in through checkout. One thing that really stood out was the cleanliness. For a pet-friendly hotel, you would never know it from the condition of the property. Everything was very clean and well-maintained, and the hotel smelled fresh not only upon arrival but throughout my stay, including the hallways, stairwells, and elevators. The location was also very convenient for where I needed to be, making it easy to get around. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others traveling with or without pets.

We had to find someplace to stay late at night and this was available. It was clean. The one staff person Roman was doing 3 people’s jobs since it appeared he was the only staff there. He was helpful and gave great customer service.

Ceiling was creaking all night super loud from the people above us just simply walking around. The faucet in the tub was dripping substantially the whole stay, around 1am the fridge got loud like it was about to explode for over an hour until I got frustrated enough to go get someone to look at it, and the staff pulled out the fridge and I unplugged it. Expedia wasn’t fully transparent about $100 deposit and parking situation. Strong paint like odor when we first got in the room. Tub was disgusting. Slight stains on the bed.

The room and floor were brown so hard to tell how clean the floors were. The refrigerator and microwave were old but looked clean. The bathroom was terrible. The shower rod was broken for a long time. It was the type that bends out, but both ends that attach to the wall were broken so the rod sunk in the middle and the shower curtain on both ends were open about two feet. The bathroom door was shredded on the bottom from the water hitting it for months. The shower head sprayed out in every direction except forward putting water on the door, toilet and floor. The sink faucet lifted up to turn on the water and was crusty. The floors in the hallways were dirty and the lighting was dark. The bed was clean. I took pictures.

Clean Establishment Huge Deal To Us, Staff was extremely pleasant especially the young lady RO at the desk she was sucha kind soul made my wife feel exceptionally welcomed. Will recommend this one ten times out of ten times.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! Don't expect to fill up at breakfast - it's just muffins and granola bars. There were a couple dead bugs in our room (1st floor, not a big deal) and one of our pillowcases was a little stained but it's not like it seemed unwashed or anything. I'd stay here again for the price!

The place I usually stay (Fairfield by Marriott) was sold out, so I picked this one (ESA) as a back up for one night, bc it was close by. Massive contrast with Fairfield: even though ESA was more expensive, the room was not nearly as nice or as well maintained: (door handle had been jarred loose, and did not feel secure); vinyl instead of carpet on the floor - just generally had more of a cheapo vibe. In ESA's defense, the two employees I worked with were outstanding, cheerful and eager to be helpful. Their names were Roman and Rowena - 5 stars for them, maybe 3 for the accommodations.
