☀ The guest that is booking, must be staying- no booking for other people or groups is allowed.



☀ No Smoking: No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the home.



☀ No Parties / Unauthorized Guests: No parties or unregistered guests are permitted. We reserve the right to terminate any booking without refund if parties or events occur.



☀ Trip Insurance: We highly recommend that guests purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurance in case of emergencies, bad weather, etc. Refunds outside of our stated cancellation policy cannot be provided unless there is a mandatory evacuation in our area. Please check what your credit card covers, or visit the Insure My Trip website for options.



☀ Early Check-In & Late Check-Out: When our schedule allows, we may be able to offer early check-in. Late checkout may be available if requested ahead. Please send us a request in advance so we can confirm availability with our cleaner.



☀ We have a $24 per guest/ per night fee after the first 4 guests.



☀ No package deliveries to our unit- We're sorry but due to insurance restrictions, we cannot allow guests to have packages or mail delivered to our unit. Please use nearby Amazon pick up points for deliveries.
