This pet-friendly, modern home is located in the charming Rittenhouse Square neighborhood, just blocks away from the city's top restaurants, shops, and sights. Its sleek, three-story design has been thoughtfully curated to offer a unique and comfortable living experience in the heart of Center City Philadelphia. With a modern aesthetic and attention to detail, this home embodies contemporary urban living.
The space
On the main floor, enjoy a stunning living room with a large smart TV and super comfy couch. The spacious kitchen nook offers indoor dining, and the back patio is perfect for alfresco meals and grilling. The modern kitchen boasts marble countertops and all the essentials for cooking.
The second floor features the "Robot Room," complete with a queen-size bed, ample closet space, and a luxurious private bathroom with a vintage Philadelphia theme and high-quality towels.
Indulge in comfort and luxury on the top floor, where the "Medusa Room" awaits with a plush queen bed adorned with high-quality bedding and pillows. Enjoy the comfort of a window unit air conditioner during hot summer days while basking in natural light from the room's windows. The room also features a private full bathroom for added convenience and relaxation.
Relax in the rustic Spanish library-themed basement, complete with an extensive literary collection or take a siesta on the comfortable full-size pullout bed to rebuild your inner peace. A warm half bathroom and laundry area add to its convenience.
