Location! Located in Northern Liberties and a few blocks from Fishtown, the restaurant options are endless. Walk down North 2nd Street or over to Frankford Ave for just about any cuisine you can think of. 5 Minute drive to Old City and 10 minute drive to Center City. Walk to your show at the Fillmore or a quick drive to The Met.

Space! Enjoy a spacious new construction studio with a full Kitchen, Bath, Laundry Closet and private Balcony!

The Kitchen includes plenty of seating and is equipped with:

It was a pleasure staying here!
This was a lovely, comfortable, and very clean stay. Communication with the host was easy and very prompt. Tristin was very attentive and helpful. The room is beautiful and clean. The longest i spent looking for street parking was maybe 10 minutes. Not too bad. The location was great and quiet. I have no complaints, only a couple of heads up. There were fragranced laundry detergents used on linens, nothing too abrasive but something to be aware of and to contact the host prior if you have an allergy or sensitivity towards things of this nature. The kitchen has just the basics so if there’s something specific you may need for cooking I’d bring it along! Overall i was very pleased and happy with our stay!

Wow!
My partner and I got to stay in this lovely little room for a few days while we were visiting Philadelphia. It was in close proximity to a bunch of restaurants and coffee shops as well as the venue we went to for a concert. Parking can get tricky because it’s street parking and the free spots are limited but thankfully we were able to walk everywhere seamlessly and there’s even a CVS downstairs in the building next door as well. If we could give this stay 10 stars we would! We can’t wait to go back and hopefully stay here again!

Better than a Hotel with an Ideal Location
My husband and I stayed at this property over a long weekend for a wedding. We were exceptionally impressed by the accommodations from start to finish. The property comes with a secured parking space which was a HUGE benefit, as street parking looked tight. The only hiccup was someone was parked in assigned space number we were given, but Tristan was easy to reach and quickly got us a new spot. The apartment was immaculately clean and felt very comfortable, more so than the hotel we originally booked for the trip. The location is great, you are in walking distance from a ton of fantastic restaurants a CVS around the corner and we were just 3.5 blocks from the wedding reception. We highly recommend this property and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Cozy, Clean and Modern
We had a wonderful stay! The property is located in one of the newer buildings in the area. There are plenty of food and drink options a short walk away. The host was very attentive, responsive, friendly and provided great information.

First time stay in the Northern Liberties area
Amazing!!! Everything was perfect and comfortable. Street parking can get tricky but otherwise I really loved my stay. Tristin was extremely helpful and responsive. I would definitely stay at this property again.
