The front desk clerk is quick to get angry. Put my guest as the check in person and clerk would not let me check in until that person showed up. Said I might not get a room because Red Roof overbooks on purpose. Asked if I would be refunded. He said I had an attitude and I called him a bad person. No, I was played with. I had no choice but to buy another room at another hotel to be sure to have a place to stay. EXPEDIA was no help saying it’s up to property owner for refund.
