Clean and updated apartments. Not your regular hotel but there is a front desk staffed during business hours. The view of the city was unbeatable.

Walls were super thin, code didn’t work on our room door and had to get a backup code from the front desk and was met with laziness by the front desk. The room itself was clean, but is clearly a quick renovation job on an old industrial building. Unpatched portions of the wall leaving holes open, missing a shower curtain. Would rather stay in a traditional hotel.

The room overall was okay. The code I received did not work, and I was on hold standing in the hallway for 15 minutes waiting for them to give me another. That was frustrating, but they gave me a $15 credit for the inconvenience. My biggest issue was the cleanliness of the shower. There was mold all around the caulk which is unacceptable.

Struttura comoda con appartamenti grandi e con carattere. Terrazza utile e molto bella con vista spettacolare su Philadelphia. Purtroppo nonostante fossi un membro Marriot golden élite , non ho avuto l’upgrade della camera come previsto . Solid property. Location, spacious unit, and cleanliness were a plus. Lack of carpeting or hardwood floors were a negative. Not a fan of walking on submit within the unit.

The place is nice and conveniently located for exploring around town. Though I was skeptical about the no contact check in, it went pretty smoothly overall and we had no problems getting in and out of our room. My main complaint is the sofabed was terrible quality. I ended up being the one to sleep on it and can say that mattress was about 4 inches thick on top of a jagged metal frame, so don't plan to sleep well if you are not in a bedroom, and certainly don't plan to have a couple of people sleeping on there because that will not be pretty.

The property was in a great location with most things walkable within 30 minutes. The apartment we had was very large and beds were very comfortable. The property could do with a bit of maintenance and they could do a lot more with the roof terrace. It’s a brilliant space that would be great to have a bar or coffee shop.

We needed to open and make the sofa bed by ourselves. There wasn’t enough water pressure in the bath. The fridge wasn’t connected to the electricity and you needed to do that by yourself.

Great location for a walking around the centre of Philadelphia or catching the subway to a sports game. Apartment was lovely and well equipped with everything we needed. Would highly recommend.

This place was great! Awesome size room and easy to get into. Our code didn’t work initially but thankfully the front desk was open when we arrived so they gave us a new one. The roof top area was beautiful but we were disappointed it was only open until 8pm so you couldn’t really make the most of it at night around sunset.

Absolutely LOVED this property and will most definitely be back again! It was a quick walk down to the convention center and the Reading Terminal Market (which was perfect) there was a beautiful rooftop for great views! The contactless entry is perfection! Literally everything can be done on the app, but someone is there if you need anything outside of it. The rooms were so nice and the perfect size! It was a very hot weekend, so being able to check in early and walk into a freezing cold room was perfect!! Everyone was very nice! Full fridge, stove, microwave! The bathroom was a great size, full washer AND dryer. I ordered groceries and they were allowed to bring them right in! Just made for a perfect weekend and it will most definitely be where I stay when I visit again for sure!
