I’ve stayed here several times when traveling to Philly for work, and this is my third stay in this building. It’s very convenient to my business location, and the property itself feels safe with a nice courtyard. The apartments are clean, open, and generally comfortable.That said, there have been some issues across my stays. The first time, I stayed in a two-bedroom that can accommodate up to eight people, but there was only one drinking glass in the entire unit. On a hot summer day, the air conditioning wasn’t working, and while maintenance eventually fixed it, it took several hours. On another stay, I arrived to find that the entry code I was given for the building was incorrect. I texted the owner but never heard back, and I was only able to get in when another resident happened to walk out.Overall, the accommodations themselves are good, but the lack of communication from the host does bring the experience down.

I travel to Philadelphia regularly for work, and this apartment was conveniently within walking distance to my job. The place appeared clean when I arrived, and check-in was easy.However, I did experience some issues with the bathroom and communication around maintenance. On my first morning, I noticed the bathtub was filling with water while I showered and draining very slowly. I texted the company, and they responded quickly, saying they would contact maintenance. No one came that day, and the problem continued the next morning.I reached out again the next day and was told they would contact maintenance and keep me updated. I never received any follow-up, but when I returned to the apartment that evening, the bathtub was filled with grease and grime from the drain. Maintenance had been there and replaced the drain, but they did not clean up after themselves. No cleaning supplies were available in the apartment, and even with hot water I couldn’t rinse the residue away. As a result, I couldn’t shower before work the next morning.Additionally, although the apartment looked clean at first glance, several kitchen cabinet handles were sticky and needed to be washed.The location was great, but the unresolved maintenance issue, lack of communication, and insufficient cleaning made the stay less comfortable than expected.
