"The hotel itself was lovely, the pool was great. We had a family room and it wasn’t the best, the shower was faulty the main head didn’t work and it just leaked out of the pipe instead, we spoke to a member of staff and he told us to just use the hand held part, the room itself had missed cobwebs ..."
