The rooms and bathrooms have been fully renovated, offering a fresh and comfortable stay. While the residence is not located on the beach or within walking distance of one, it is only a 15–30 minute drive to most beaches in Saint Martin. Overall, it offers very good value for the money."

"Great location and very nice infinity pool. The breakfast restaurant and market were a plus. Excellent cappuccinos!! Rooms were clean and a good price for beach frontage. "

"Nothing fancy but the rooms are very clean and the staff is very kind and helpful. Beach and boardwalk access doesn’t get better in Philipsburg."

"Our first room was not what we thought we had booked. It was far away from main buildings and up a steep hill. There was not a direct view of the water. We asked for a change and the staff accommodated us after one day. The room over looking the beach was great, convenient to everything with a modern kitchen with washer dryer and balcony. "

"Amazing property. This one is pretty new. At the time of our stay, the concierge (Nicky) said it had only been open for about 3 months. Nicky was amazing, always one message away and extremely helpful with planning. Did not get to use the pool but it looked beautiful, and it is open 24/7. The views are amazing. I would definitely stay here again, though, you should be wary that it is pretty high up in a hill. The traffic was pretty bad to the other areas but it may have been the time that we visited, which was peak season. I wish the water in the shower was a little more hot. Otherwise, amazing stay, amazing property! Will definitely book again. "
