“Having never stayed at a B&B (we're typically hotel people), we found this place in Freeport and saw the great reviews and a (relatively) reasonable rate, so we thought we would give it a whirl. Our stay was excellent. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The staff was very welcoming, and our room was well-outfitted and had very effective A/C, which was a relief given the 90+ degree temps outside. I did notice a fair amount of deferred maintenance around the property, but none of it was in……

“Jersey was the perfect host! He welcomed us with a tour of the property, introduced us to the property’s common areas and then we ended the tour in our beautiful room with a spectacular view. Our room was clean, cool and comfortable. The host was so hospitable; drinks, snacks, eggs, fruit and pastries were available every morning for you to grab & go. The coffee station met all our needs and we completely felt at home. We can’t wait to reserve our spot next year because we apparently missed……

“This is a great property. You have full access to a kitchen that is stocked with snacks and breakfast. There are lots of rocking chairs and outdoor chairs to lounge and look at the harbor. Jersey was great. He even lit a fire every evening. Everything is walkable from here. Would definitely stay here again.”
