"We had an amazing stay at The Orchard House. The pictures do not do it justice. It is beautiful and special. We stayed in the Library Room. Very unique and spacious for 2 people. I am in love with the bed/mattress! The light breakfast served (coffee/tea, cereal, boiled eggs, juice, toast.etc) was perfect and a great way to start the day. The owner Bill (and his Mom Lynn owner of the vintage shop Folly) are fabulous. And the dogs, Bingo and Bay are the icing on the cake. Would definitely...

"This place is really beautiful. The garden is absolutely amazing! There are huge flower arrangements everywhere and I love it. It's a 5 minute walksuper to shopping and all the restaurants. "

"It's similar to a b&b but separate entrances for each room. Loved the breakfast delivered to your door. They also have ev charger. Everything you want to see in boothbay a 3 minute walk. I've been to b&bs where the hosts are overbearing and way too proud of themselves. We were left alone which i prefer. They were super helpful, but only when asked. Highly recommend. Views of harbor were nice but had to go to communal area. I don't think they have individual balconies but i could be wrong....

"Perfect location for hanging out in Boothbay for a couple of days. Step out the front door and you are a few houses from all the shops. Easy to get on a tour boat and restaurants were great!!! Breakfast like all of the other reviews was amazing and worth the stay. Quiet and relaxing! "

"The house is very beautiful and lovingly maintained. It is set on a peninsula with views of the water looking both ways. The owner/manger was wonderful. Breakfast was great and we sat and talked over breakfast with her and her husband for almost four hours one day. We have never done that before. Great people. Great place. By far the best stay we have ever had at a B and B."

"We had a great stay. Check in and communication was easy. Due to storm damage, our original booked cottage was not available and Deb offered us a different (much larger) home without added cost. We greatly appreciated it so we didn't have to cancel our vacation. The home was very clean and had everything we needed and then some. The area is beautiful and the beach was very clean. You cannot beat the views from the home. We look forward to staying here again!"

"Popham Beach is amazing! As a busy professional, I have needed some time to relax and recharge. Although the weather wasn’t as cooperative as I hoped, being rather cold and windy the first days and rainy on the third, it meant I had the beach basically to myself each day when I ventured out. Not spending all day on the beach also gave me time to visit some of the nearby attractions, such as Fort Popham, the Maine Maritime Museum, the Botanical Gardens, and the Wiscasset Antiques Mall.
