Nice hotel with reasonable rates

I like the fact that the hotel is not situated on the over touristic water front with reasonable rates, staff were friendly. We have a rented a motorbike from the hotel, and we could visit places easily everywhere. It is in walking distance to some of the best restaurants in Phnom Penn.

Not only about the equipment, but the services!

Near the market, but little bit disappointed that we had received the confirmation of upgrade, when we checked in, the reception gave us old rooms which are not remodeled yet( they are being decorated the lower floors) and not to mention the hotel had confirmed our pick up arrangement but forgot to send the van to pick us up, for the reason we waiting out of airport for 20 mins, it's ridiculous. It was totally ruined 1st day of our excursion. Anyway, after showing the email as the proof, we had our rooms( new and decorated ones), the reason is "the guy who's committed the upgrade is different one, he didn't show up that day", but you didn't have record? None sense! We had been upgraded to two dblbed rooms, in the end we got one big bed w/ tub on the bathroom and another room w/ 2 single beds no bathtub, different as the confirmation which sent to me before! The lady who's in charge told me they don't have enough double bed room that day and in the meanwhile we were passing a double bed room w/ door open(new, no one live there), the lady went close the door before I see it, yet I saw it! Please don't lie to guests, very unconfortable and leave me very awful image. Breakfast is ok, staff is very friendly, new rooms are nice.

あまり慣れていないプノンペンでしたので分かりやすい大通りから入ってすぐのこちらのホテルを選びました。しかし食事をするには周りには少なく毎回少し歩かねばなりません。館内、部屋も綺麗に保っているという努力が感じられました。Wifiは少し微弱、お湯の出もたまに少し時間が掛かる時がありますが良いでしょう。1日1回停電(5分位で回復)があります。窓も開き良かったです。

At first they gave me a room near the street (noisy) and the TV channel mostly not clear. Requested to change room. They changed for me to a bigger and less noisy room. The receptionist is very helpful. I told him I am waiting for the bus come to pick me up and when the driver arrived the lobby, he informed me. The hotel is with massage & cafe. I tried both. So satisfied with their service and facility.

The location is great, We found it easy to walk to many places like the central market, a super market and many great places to eat and shop. The hotel is on a calm street and feels very safe to walk around after dark, just watch traffic as you cross the street. The hotel restaurant has good food and a friendly staff. There are taxies of one kind or another as soon as you walk out the door, making it easy to go to other parts of the city. My lady and I plan to stay at Mito Hotel the next time we go to Phnom Penh. The hotel wifi is good and Google Maps works well. In the four days there we only left the area once because there are so many nice places to go to in a two to eight street range of the hotel, even a movie theater. This hotel is a great value in a great location.

The hotel was fine, but the restaurant staff couldn’t get their heads out of their phones. They just giggled and worked on their play list. Thev played the same songs over and over. Even when there were only 4 customers, and there was 5 on staff we had to repeatedly get up to ask to place an order, to bring condiments, and for our bill. I wouldn’t go back there just on that alone.
