硬件ok, 軟件待改善

沖涼房去水有問題，水都溢出去了。房間只有飲水機沒有瓶裝水，感覺不太衛生。房間加個全身鏡子會比較好。

Excellent stay from start to finish. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff handled every request with professionalism, efficiency, and genuine courtesy. Breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of options, but the soup was truly outstanding… the best I have had anywhere in Asia. The infinity pool was absolutely amazing and offered a relaxing, memorable experience. The hotel is also strategically located, making it convenient for getting around and exploring the area. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to others without hesitation.

This newly opened hotel was a very pleasant place to stay. Its location is convenient, with most prominent attractions and places only about 10 minutes away. The staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke English very well. They always greeted guests warmly with a smile, which made the stay feel welcoming. The room was comfortable and equipped with both hot and cold drinking water. I especially appreciated the strong water pressure in the shower. The noodle soup served during breakfast was excellent and full of flavor. However, the breakfast or food selection could offer more variety.

I stay here frequently. I decided to stay on the garden level this trip. If you stay on the garden level don’t stay in room 702. It’s right by the exteriors door to the pool and people go in and out of it all night slamming it constantly. Also there was no hot water in the room. Typically I have a much better experience here, but this time it was pretty disappointing.
