Spring Break Vacation

The property was very spacious and provided a lot of games and activities for the kids. They especially enjoyed the pool with the waterslide, the separate game room and the trampoline.

Amazing home

Our family of 7 adults and two kids had a great stay. There was plenty of room for all of us and plenty of stuff to keep us busy at the home! Beautiful home that does not disappoint!!

Great time in Mesa

We had a very nice time and the house and amenities were wonderful. The hosts were very good to work with and the house was clean and full of fun activities. The A/C worked well too

Beautiful Home

My family(8 adults and 6 children) enjoyed a 5 night stay at this beautiful home. It is very spacious and clean. The game rooms, pool and trampoline kept the grandkids entertained. The house is centrally located to stores, airports and restaurants. There are only five bedrooms not six like the listing said.

Absolutely Wonderful Place to Stay!

The home is impressive from the front door through the dining room, huge kitchen and game room. Stepping outside into the back yard is like a visit to a private resort. The pool and hot tub, basketball court, putting green were all part of making our stay so nice.Our contact Jason was such a professional. He kept in contact with us and answered any questions we had immediately. Thank you Jason, we appreciate your kindness.

Kid's Paradise

If you have kid's staying with you this is the house! Everything you could want for kid's amenities as the kids didn't want to leave the house as there was so much to do. Will stay at this house again as will be hard pressed to find a better pool, trampoline and Basketball Court without leaving the house. Rest of house is well appointed and thought out with enough space for everyone in the family

Highly Recommend

The house was awesome! I was traveling with family ranging in age from 5-79. There was something for everyone to enjoy. The pictures were accurate and there were no surprises with the beautiful home. The neighborhood was very quiet and felt safe. Finally, the owner was responsive and friendly. I'd happily stay here again the next time that we are in the area!

Spectacular!!!

The pictures and descriptions are an understatement in every way possible! This house was perfect! We had 5 adults and 4 kids and it met each and every one of our needs! 10 out of 10 for sure! Family Az trip

Our family visit coming together from different locations in the country representing 3 generations with varied interests The home was perfect to provide entertainment and personal space that made the time so nice. Like a private resort experience! We even enjoyed catered meal and hired Frank Sinatra type entertainment in the great room!The host was exceptionally responsive to requests for items like paper towels, linen,pool features and dishwasher pods the home was spotless and had special touches like a note and treats greeting us on arrival. I would highly recommend this place again!

Our Own Mini Private Resort!

We had a wonderful long family weekend! This home gave us so many amenities to enjoy, spacious and comfortable. Our family of 8 adults and 2 toddlers enjoyed it all! We cooked great family meals, enjoyed the pool, inground trampoline, basketball, putting green, pool table, darts, ping pong and board games. That does not even mention it all! Our host was always quickly responsive, but we never really needed anything that was already there. Thank you Jason!

The Palace

The Palace was so good to us. We had lots of space, games, laughter and comfort in this house. Jason was a wonderful host. I rarely had to reach out to him because he’s so organized. We loved the pool, trampoline, game room, pool table, clubhouse decor and spacious outdoor living area. We would’ve liked to see a stocked kitchen for a big crew however, we were so in love with the house that it didn’t matter. I highly recommend this house.

Big family get together

We were visiting our family who lives in Arizona. Which we have not all been together in 10 years…With my parents, 6 siblings and their children…and coming from different areas of the US, we found it a little tough to find a place that would fit US. It started off with the communication. I asked a bunch of questions based off the family of our size and our family that would be visiting us during our stay and we loved how Jason responded so quickly but his tone just made us feel comfortable for our family that this was the place for us. The place was amazing! Exactly how the pictures described. Way more than enough space for the family that was actually sleeping in the house. The beds were comfortable and good quality. Kitchen was stocked with cookware to use. Decor was impressive! We loved the ceiling kitchen btw! I’m sure the kids especially used every amenity in the house. There was also enough parking for our cars. Overall, we just felt comfortable. We had no issues. Jason checked up on us and I even had one question during our trip on how to locate the app for the pool because I missed the email but he got back to me right away. Our family had an amazing and memorable weekend. Thanks!
