House was very clean, in a great neighborhood, and we enjoyed our stay. Ownee was quick to communicate and check-in and Ckeck-out was easy. Would recommend this property for any family looking for a great stay in the Phoenix area.

Great stay

Spent the weekend in Phoenix/Sedona/Avondale area for the Spartan race and the property was a great base for us. It was very clean in a nice neighborhood with easy access to food and retail stores. The jacuzzi was very useful after a long day of racing. Great stay!!

Family Getaway

The three of us had a great stay at Paul's amazing house. Close to hiking, pickleball and has two amazing gyms at the clubhouses. We will definitely be back again. Thank you Paul

Nice location and well kept home

This property was only a couple miles from a family that lived in Goodyear. We used it primarily for sleeping and ate all our meals with our family at their home. The home was clean and easy to get in, and the host was super easy to communicate with. We will stay here on our next trip.

Beautiful Area

Everything was as advertised. Home was clean as were the linens. Hot tub water was sparkling clean and very comfortable. While we did not take advantage of the club house their grounds were just as immaculate and the walk around the lake was very relaxing.Grocery store is nearby as were some of the standard fast food joints.Overall a very relaxing and pleasant stay.Paul is very easy to work with.

Loved the location, yes it’s a bit far out but it’s so quiet and scenic. The hot tub was our favorite, very relaxing. Nice home with plenty of space for everyone, we had a great time!

Perfect Retreat

The kitchen was well stocked. The layout of the house was conducive for gathering together or for personal time away. Most importantly our host made us feel welcome. Close to shopping and other activities. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful house, nice Jacuzzi

The house itself was amazing and super clean. Host was very responsive, he was super nice when I advised a mirror had broken. Needless to say I would stay here again. Would be perfect for a family gathering or simply get away from the city ❤️. My favorite part was that it's secluded up in the mountains in an amazing neighborhood. Super quiet which was nice when sitting in the Jacuzzi at night or morning.

Family wedding trip

This home is lovely, open and easy to access. We plan on staying here again. We wanted to stay in the neighborhood of my brother's home so this fit. There was 5 of us, parents 89 & 91, and us 3 daughters. Single story was important as was open space to spend time together. This home was perfect for us and we really enjoyed our stay. Close to groceries and fast food, walking distance to Clubhouse and pool. Our host was easy to contact and very helpful. Kitchen, supplies, linens,etc. all well stocked and check out process was easy.

Great value for the money

This home was great for the purpose of our visit to the Goodyear, AZ area. The owner Paul, is no non-sense, just straight the point of the business, so don't expect any fluff or small talk. The bedrooms were spacious, beds comfortable and the kitchen and common areas were nice and functional for everyone to gather. My only feedback I would offer is a heads up on the water filter needing to be changed and to have working water from the refriegerator would have been helpful. With 107 degrees in July in Arizona, water bottles are at a premium. We had to buy lots of them since the water from the refrigerator was not operable. We were charged for a cleaning fee with the reservation, however, there were several areas in the home where it had not been dusted causing a bit of issues on allergies. Outside of that, we would recommend the home.

The owners take pride in their home.A beautiful home in a nice quiet neighborhood with a spacious kitchen, large sectional sofa that seats 6 people comfortably, and the bedrooms are good size. The owner Paul, is very responsive to questions, accommodating, and makes you feel welcome in their home.
