Short Staycation

Communication with host was A through text and messaging in VRBO app. They responded very quickly to questions. House was clean and orderly. The pool was great we paid 50 per day (2days) for heating the pool and hot tub but the ignition on the pool heater was not working when we turned it on. I didn’t mind the cooler water but my spouse didn’t get in. That was a bummer but not anything within the host control. They said they would credit us the 100 back. Overall a great experience and would definitely stay at this location again.

Great pool, comfortable house, management issues

The indoor area of the home was clean and comfortable with the amenities we needed. The pool was great. However the host/management was lacking and did nothing to correct several issues we had, including no key present upon check in, no heat in the pool despite me pre-paying for it, and a mountain of trash overflowing the garbage can out front upon our arrival. The city of Scottsdale code inspector was kind enough to take care of the garbage. And my husband was able to figure out how to turn the pool heat on, so overall we had a lovely time, but I would not stay at this property again unless it was under different management.

Pool & Hot Tub

Very disappointed that the hot tub said it worked and when I got here they said it didn’t. A notification ended up being on the site, but believe it was added. Further, the pictures on the site still proudly displayed the hot tub. It shouldn’t have. I even asked for the pool and hot tub to be heated 3 days before check in and nothing was mentioned then. Otherwise, the house was very nice

Clean, comfy, relaxing!

Our girlfriend reunion was successful at this relaxing homewith all the amenities you could need! We had a bit of an issue locating the lock box, however guest services answered immediately and gave us a code to an electronic lock. (The lock box was later located inside where it had been left on the counter). Also, the description says Heated pool, we were later informed there is a $50/night heating fee, we had not found that listed anywhere. The pool was quite dirty, and the heaters would not activate, but again after contacting guest services, they were peompt to send out maintenance. Others a wonderful stay, neighborhood is quiet, park and restaurants, stores anything youd need very close.

Alone time

My husband and I rented this property for our yearly get away. We had a very relaxing quiet stay. We enjoyed the home and it was close to stores, restaurants and even a park to talk a morning walk.
