Cleanliness of the home was exceptional. The property was exactly as advertised if not better. It was a wonderful space to bring our family together with lots of space and activities to be able to talk, play and eat meals.

My college friends stayed in this gorgeous house. The kitchen was fully stocked so we could cook our meals in the big kitchen. One of the gals loved the kitchen so much she sent pictures to her husband for ideas for their remodel. It was centrally located to everything we wanted to see. Great property for our group of 8. 3 couples and our 2 grandkids. House was clean and had all of the amenities we could ask for. Pool was a great hit. Location was close enough to all of activities we had to do. Would/will definitely stay again.

Spacious rooms, overall,we enjoyed the stay. Only a couple of minor complaints: We could never get the pool to heat up, so our use of pool was limited to the spa. The climate control for the bottom floor was not working so it was a bit cool at nights.The pool table did not have useful que sticks.

This house had everything we needed for 6 of us to stay for a long weekend. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Location was easy to get to and close to grocery stores, etc. We had cooler weather so were not able to utilize the pool as it wasn't warm enough but the hot tub was used during the entire stay.

We were 3 couples and a couple of adult kids in town for a friend’s wedding… this was a perfect fit for us. (A full bathroom for each family unit- essential!) Communication was prompt and we were able to check in early which was wonderful! We are out so can’t speak to kitchen supplies, but it seemed well stocked. Very happy with this stay.

The main floor was much bigger than how it appeared in the pictures, which was a huge plus! The property owner was also quick to respond to our inquiries. Thank you so much for letting us stay here. If we were to come back to Gilbert, I would definitely consider staying here again

A beautiful home..great for families. Pool fantastic..hot tub wonderful. We all had a great time. Close to everything, shopping, restaurants, park, golf and walking. Owners were great and neighbours were super helpful. We will be back!!

This is a perfect house for larger groups. It has a wonderful open plan that flows to the outside and allows for conversation with large groups. The house was very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The neighborhood was lovely, quiet and had many walking trails. I also had many conversations with the owner and she was prompt and very accommodating. We would definitely stay there again.

We were here for a wedding so we didn't get to experience AZ. Therefore we hope to be able to rent this awesome house again to really experience AZ. We would also like to enjoy the pool here and the amenities of this community. We would definitely rent this house again. The owners were very informative and helpful with everything we needed. Great experience!!

This property was in a great location in Gilbert. It had everything we needed. The kids swam in heated pool and hot tub almost daily. Hot tub heated up very quickly which was very convenient. Had a pool table inside as well. It did not have the basketball arcade game or air hockey table as advertised which was the only downfall, however it did not ruin our stay what so ever.

Overall, our stay was ok but there were several issues. 1. This was marketed as a 5 BR/3+ bath. We did not have access to the master suite on the main floor which was unfortunate since one person in our group had knee surgery. 2. The hot tub did not heat up. 3. One of the upstairs bathroom drains did not work making that tub/shower unusable. 4. The exterior of the house & garage was dirty with items of disrepair throughout.
